Olden, an all-day kitchen in Lewes

Brunch on Lewes High Street

View the menu

Opening soon on Lewes High Street

Brunch by day. Bistro by night.

Olden is a new all-day kitchen in the middle of Lewes. Mornings mean proper coffee, eggs done well and pancakes worth the wait. As the light drops, the candles come out and the cooking turns to Modern British and Mediterranean plates built on Sussex produce.

Come in for a flat white and stay for supper. Nobody will hurry you.

Rump with smoked aubergine and salsa verde.

  • Fish landed at Newhaven

Day-boat hake and brown crab from just down the Ouse.

  • Ale from down the road

Lewes best bitter on cask, pulled properly.
